FOUR NATIONS CUP
19th & 20th March 2022
England completed the weekend in 3rd place after two narrow defeats saw them miss out on the Final.
The opening match saw England lead for long periods against a strong Scotland side, it was the Scottish who used all their experience to claim a narrow victory.
Match 2 saw England face Wales, the Welsh pushed Sam Lee's team all the way but it was England who secured the three points setting up a mouth-watering clash with the host Nation sunday morning.
Two points was the difference as Ireland took their place in the final to face Scotland.
After the disappointment from Match three England faced Wales for the final podium place. Lee rallied the team for one more push and a solid performance saw England take Third place while Ireland won a Penalty Putt shootout to defeat Scotland and be crowned the inaugural Four Nations Cup Champions.
